Your privacy is important. Please read the following, which explains how we will use the information you provide.
The Gender Centre Inc will record, maintain and use the information you give us on this questionnaire for any, or all of the following the purposes:

• Maintaining a database of transgender related violence
• Research relating to transgender related violence
• Compiling data for the purposes of reports, fact sheets or investigations or other similar or related purposes
• Any reporting obligation the Gender Centre may have to government or other funding bodies
• Referral to other relevant agencies, persons or service providers, as authorised by you, in particular, but not limited to, the NSW Police Force and the Inner City Legal Centre.

BUT the Gender Centre will maintain confidentiality in relation to any of the information you have provided. Any information used in the preparation of research, or reporting to Government or funding bodies will not include your name or any other identifying details.
